This tour is available for solo travelers, couples, families, small and large groups, or open groups. You can depart any day, as there are no fixed dates. For those joining a group, departures occur twice a week.
Anticipate witnessing herds of buffalo, elephants, zebras, impalas, gazelles, giraffes, and lions. If luck is on your side, you might also catch a glimpse of leopards and cheetahs. Other attractions in Tarangire National Park include various bird species, small mammals, and the iconic baobab trees.
In Ngorongoro, you’ll find an abundance of African cape buffalo, giant elephants within the crater, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, hyenas, lion prides, black rhinos, large hippo pools, and a diverse array of birds, all set against the stunning crater landscape.

After a two-hour private drive from Arusha city, you’ll enter Tarangire National Park. The registration and payment process will take a few minutes before your game drive begins in the early afternoon. You’ll pause for lunch at a picnic site before continuing your drive until early evening. Finally, you’ll head to your accommodation in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight rest.
Following breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, entering the park around 9:00 AM. After a brief registration and payment at the main entrance gate, you’ll start your game drive at the rim of the crater before descending into it to explore the remarkable natural beauty. Inside the crater, you can expect to see various bird species, hippo pools, and herds of wildebeests, lions, zebras, buffalo, and black rhinos in their natural habitats. Lunch will be served at a picnic site near the large hippo pool, where washroom facilities are available. The game drive will continue as you leave the crater, passing through thick forests on your way up. After signing out of the park, you will drive back to Moshi or Arusha for rest, dinner, or departure.
